Walk-in Service Policy
We love meeting new faces and do offer walk-in entry whenever possible. However, to ensure every guest has a wonderful experience, please keep the following in mind:
Availability: Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed. If the store is at full capacity or we are short-staffed, we may unfortunately have to pause walk-in entries for the day.
Flexible Hours: Our walk-in service hours may adjust based on the daily flow of the shop.

A: The appointment itself is free, but a £20 deposit is required to secure your time slot. The deposit will be fully credited toward any purchase you make in-store.
Q: Is there a limit on group size for appointments?
A: Yes. We want your experience to be comfortable and fun! Please follow these guidelines:
1. Recommended Group Size: Up to 5 people.
2. Trying on Dresses: Maximum of 4 people per 50-minute appointment.
3. Large Groups: If more than 5 people need to try on dresses, please book two back-to-back slots.

A: We have one fitting room inside each private appointment suite. There are an additional three fitting rooms located in the main area for walk-in customers.

A: Dresses are generally available from UK Size 6 to UK Size 28. Please note that store availability of specific sizes and colours varies by dress, and not every style is stocked in the full size range.

A: No, we currently do not stock men's suits or accessories in the London Flagship store.
