Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: Yes – walk-ins are welcome and no booking is needed. There may be a short wait at our busiest times, usually late morning and early afternoon on Saturday.
Q: Do you offer in-store measurement services for custom sizing?
A: We don't offer on-site measuring, but our team is happy to help you find your best fit from the sizes available on the day. You can also use our detailed Sizing Guide to measure yourself at home before you visit.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes – there are several paid car parks close to the venue. We’d recommend checking Google Maps for the nearest option before you set off, as city-centre spaces fill up quickly at weekends.
