De fleste varer som selges på JJ's House kan returneres for refusjon innen 14 dager etter mottak av bestillingen din hvis de oppfyller alle gjeldende returkrav oppført nedenfor.
Kjoler i standardstørrelse (ekskludert sluttsalg) og det meste av tilbehør:
Gjenstander må være uvasket, ubrukt, uendret og i original stand med merkelappene på. Returer vil ikke bli akseptert for varer med tydelige tegn på slitasje, endringer eller manglende merkelapper.
Vennligst merk:
- JJ's House vil ikke erstatte, returnere, refundere eller på annen måte kompensere deg for uautoriserte returer eller ikke-JJ's House-artikler som du kan ha sendt til oss ved et uhell.
- Vi tar ikke tilbake poengene du får for å legge inn bestillingen. Poengene vil bli beholdt på kontoen din. Men poengene som ble brukt for bestillingen din vil ikke bli refundert.
Reserverte rettigheter for returer
Vi forbeholder oss retten til å definere og begrense, nekte og/eller avvise returer fra deg når som helst på grunn av, men ikke begrenset til:
- Returnerer i uakseptabel tilstand (slitt, endret, vasket, skadet).
- Returnerer uten vår forkunnskap.
- Uregelmessig eller overdreven returhistorikk indikerer potensielt uredelig eller kriminell aktivitet.
- Uregelmessig eller overdreven returhistorikk som involverer slitte, endrede, vaskede, skadede eller manglende gjenstander.
- Massebestillinger med flere størrelser/varianter av varer av samme type.
- Ureturnerte prøvekjoler vil bli belastet med full pris.
- Prøvekjoler som returneres i skadet tilstand vil bli belastet med full pris.
- Returvaren(e) er tapt eller skadet på vei tilbake til oss. Ta vare på kvitteringen med sporingsinformasjon.
- Produktene er utsatt for etsende stoffer eller kjemikalier. Eksponering for sterke kjemikalier kan endre utseendet til ditt JJ's House-produkt. Disse kjemikaliene inkluderer, men er ikke begrenset til, flytende sølvpolering, bassenger, boblebad og spa. Oksidert sølv blir lett skadet.
- Produktene er skadet av feil bruk, feilhåndtering eller dårlig vedlikehold.
- Sølvbiter blir gitt detaljer ved oksidasjon, over tid kan de virke svarte. For å fjerne dette, vennligst rengjør med sølvpoleringskluten for å få tilbake det opprinnelige utseendet.

You can make a return by following these steps:
Step 2: Submitting your return request
- ① Find the order on "My Orders" page: Click “RETURN ITEMS” (computer users) / Click "VIEW DETAILS", scroll down and click "RETURN ITEMS" (mobile users).
- ② Select the item(s) and click "NEXT".
- ③ Choose the reason and add photos. Then click "NEXT".
- ④ Select a return method:
- - Happy Returns (available for certain US orders): Take a screenshot of the QR code and express code, or receive them via email.
- - Mail-In Return (label service, available in specific countries): Download the the return label or receive it via email.
- - Self-Sending: Download the return form or receive it via email.
Step 3: Sending out the package
- For customers choosing Happy Returns
- Find nearby return bars and use the QR code or express code (mentioned in step ④) to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute. No box, return labels, or return forms are needed.
- For customers choosing Via Mail
- Please print the return label and return form. Attach the return label to the package, making sure it covers any original delivery labels. Place the Return Form inside the package. Then, bring your package to the designated courier indicated on the return label and hand it over without any additional charges.
- For customers choosing Self-Sending
- Remember to print and include the Return Form in your package. Use a reliable delivery service for the return and keep the receipt as proof.
Step 4: Getting your refund
Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they are in their original condition and meet the issues stated in the return request. Once we have confirmed this, we will process your refund. For more details, please refer to "Refund Details".
Try-On Dresses must be purchased or postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery.
- If your parcel includes an instruction sheet for prepaid Happy Returns:
- ① Scan the QR code on it to get your Happy Returns express QR code.
- ② Scan this Happy Returns express QR code to locate nearby return bars, where you can drop off all unwanted Try-On dresses at no extra cost—no box or labels required!
- If your parcel includes a return label:
- Please attach it to the package. Then, take the package to the designated courier specified on the label and hand it over at no additional cost.
Note: If no Happy Returns location is convenient, contact customer service for a return label instead.
The price you pay for the try-on service does not go towards the cost of your final order and will not be refunded if you return the try-on dresses. It covers processing and the careful handling by our warehouse team. While non-refundable, it allows you to try on your favorite dresses in the comfort of your home before making your final decision. Try-On dresses that have been purchased to keep are final sale.

Simply go to "My Orders" and click on the "Returns" section.
- For customers using Happy Returns (available for certain US orders)
- Click "VIEW EXPRESS CODE" to get your prepaid Happy Returns express code. Simply use the code at any Happy Returns location to process your return.
- For customers using JJ's House Delivery Service / Self-Sending
- Click "DOWNLOAD LABEL" or "DOWNLOAD FORM" to download the necessary files.
Note: Alternatively, you can download the return files on the order details page by clicking "VIEW DETAILS".
- For customers from countries without Happy Returns / return label service:
- You have the option to return packages at your own cost by choosing "Self-Sending". The return shipping fee must be paid directly to the courier by you. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) arrive safely.
- For customers from countries with Happy Returns service:
- The Happy Returns service is available for certain US orders and is box, label, and contact-free! The return shipping fee will be provided during the return application process and automatically deducted from your refund, so you won't need to pay it upfront to the courier.
- For customers from countries with return label service:
- A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when we process your return. This fee applies to each item you send back, except for try-on dresses. You do not need to pay the return shipping fee upfront to the courier, and you can easily track your return status in your account. View return shipping fees and estimated delivery times here:

NOTE:
- If your country/region isn't listed or the list is empty, it means that our label service is currently unavailable in your area. If your order's currency differs from listed, the final fee may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
- Important: If you prefer to return items using your own label (excluding Try-On items), please contact our Customer Service for approval and the correct return address before shipping the items back to us. Returns without prior approval will be rejected. JJ's House is not responsible for any lost returns.
What Gets Refunded
For returned items, we refund the price paid for the returned item(s) plus applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping fees, shipping protection, or taxes paid on shipping. We will also deduct the return shipping fee from the refund if you use our Happy Returns service or return label to send the package back. This fee applies to each item you send back, except for try-on dresses.
Note: For self-return requests, refund details will be provided on the application page.
Processing Time
- For customers who placed orders using online payment methods:
- Refunds only begin once a returned package has been scanned and confirmed back into our warehouse. Once scanned and confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the actual processing time depends on your payment method and bank). We’ll email you a notification once we confirmed your returned products and processed the refund.
- For customers who placed orders using offline bank transfers:
- Currently, we are unable to refund the money using the way you transfer when placing your order. After a returned package has been scanned and confirmed back into our warehouse, our customer service will contact you for the refund methods and details.
- You can also contact customer service to provide your PayPal account after returning the package. We will process the refund immediately after the package has been scanned and confirmed back into our warehouse. The whole refund process will be faster.
- Happy Returns (available for certain US orders): Once the Happy Returns agent scans and accepts your item(s), your refund process will begin. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the funds. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued to your account.
- JJ's House delivery service (label service, available in specific countries): It can generally take a few weeks for a return to arrive back and be processed back into our warehouse. On this page, you can check the estimated return shipping time for countries with return labels service.
- Self-Sending: If you choose to return the packages by yourself at your cost, you’ll need to confirm the return delivery status by yourself.
Note:
Vi tilbyr ikke byttetjeneste for noen produkter for øyeblikket. Mange av varene våre lages på bestilling, så vi har ikke disse varene på lager.
