The designer veil that has completed the first process then goes through a thorough inspection. The quality control team checks for any problems or flaws in the product and if the veil turns out to have a problem, it will immediately be sent back to the seamstress so he/she can correct any mistake or problem and after that, the veil will again go through the same process.
Veils ordered with pearls or rhinestones are carefully glued and sewn on the veil by designers who intensely make the particular designs over the years. In an instance that the pearl or the rhinestone are to be glued, designers use fabri-tac glue, a high quality glue that makes sure every pearl or rhinestone won’t be seen or won’t come off giving confidence to the person wearing the veil.

Echter is het belangrijk om te weten dat onze jurken op bestelling worden gemaakt. Op het moment dat het proces om een jurk te maken in gang is gezet kunnen de materialen niet opnieuw worden gebruikt. Het goede nieuws is echter dat u na het plaatsen van uw bestelling nog wel tijd heeft om van gedachte te veranderen. Voor overige details, verwijzen wij u graag door naar ons onderstaande annuleringsbeleid.
Annuleringsbeleid
- Niet betaalde bestellingen worden automatisch geannuleerd na 1 dagen. - Bestellingen die binnen 24 uur na ontvangst van de betaling worden geannuleerd komen nog in aanmerking voor het retour ontvangen van het volledige aankoopbedrag.
- Bestellingen die tussen de 24 en 72 uur na ontvangst van betaling worden geannuleerd komen in aanmerking voor het retour ontvangen van een gedeelte van het aankoopbedrag bestaande uit de volledige verzendkosten en 80% van de aankoopprijs van het product.
- Bestellingen die tussen de 72 en 120 uur na ontvangst van betaling worden geannuleerd komen in aanmerking voor het retour ontvangen van een gedeelte van het aankoopbedrag bestaande uit de volledige verzendkosten en 50% van de aankoopprijs van het product.

Retourneren voor Vervanging of uw Geld terug

Indien u jurken of accessoires retourneert of ruilt, zorg er dan voor dat u ze in de oorspronkelijke staat – niet gedragen, niet gewassen, niet vermaakt, onbeschadigd, schoon, vrij van pluis en haren en met de labels in tact en bevestigd aan het product.U bent verantwoordelijk voor alle retour verzendkosten.
Defecte, Beschadigde or Verkeerd verzonden Items
U heeft het recht om het volledige aankoopbedrag retour te ontvangen indien uw items defect, beschadigd of verkeerd verzonden zijn. Indien u van mening bent dat uw items zijn beschadigd tijdens het verschepen, dient u eerst een “Bewijs van Schade” document van uw verscheper te verkrijgen, welke bijgevoegd moet worden in het retour verzonden pakket.
Maat of Pas Problemen
Omdat al onze jurken handgemaakt en op maat gemaakt worden, kan het zijn dat uw uiteindelijke japon een inch kan variëren in eeniedere richting van de oorspronkelijk opgemeten maten. Om er voor te zorgen dat uw jurk u nog steeds perfect zal passen, hebben onze kleermakers extra stof in de naden ingevoegd zodat u kleine aanpassingen kunt maken.
Afwijkingen in de Maat
Indien de maat van uw jurk afwijkt van de opgegeven maten met meer dan een inch: Wij adviseren u om bij aanpassingen naar een kleermaker bij u in de buurt te gaan. In dit geval zullen wij u tot 40% vergoeden in de kosten voor het vermaken van uw product. Indien u van deze keus gebruik maakt, onthoud u dan om een bon te vragen van uw kleermaker omdat een kopie moet worden aangeleverd indien u een vergoeding wilt ontvangen.
De jurk is de maat zoals besteld maar past niet

Let op dat indien uw opgegeven maten van uw bestelling te veel afwijken (veel kleiner) van de uiteindelijk ontvangen maat, kan het zijn dat aanpassingen niet meer mogelijk zijn.
Kleur komt niet overeen
De instellingen van uw computerscherm kunnen een vertekend beeld geven van de kleur of de foto’s zoals gezien op JJsHouse.com. Een klein kleurverschil tussen uw jurk en de kleur van de jurk zoals u deze zag op het beeldscherm, wil niet zeggen dat de jurk defect is of verkeerd verzonden. Echter, indien u er van overtuigd bent dat u uw item in de verkeerde kleur heeft ontvangen, neem dan alstublieft contact op met de Klanten Service om te zien of u uw aankoopbedrag terug kan ontvangen.
Artikelen die niet retour mogen worden gezonden of geruild mogen worden

Gebruik alstublieft geen koeriersdiensten als UPS, DHL of FedEx om uw pakket retour te sturen.De normale economische postkantoor dienst zou prima zijn. Houd het volgen aantal veilig.
3. Wanneer wij het terug ontvangen hebben, wordt uw retour aankoop binnen 24 uur verwerkt. Wanneer uw retour aankoop is bevestigd en geïnspecteerd, houd dan rekening met 10-15 werkdagen alvorens u uw geld retour ontvangt.
