Overview
We offer six membership tiers: V2 to V6 for members with eligible purchases, and V1 for registered members (including those with $0 spending).
1. Validity
Membership tiers are valid for 365 days from the date of qualification, except for Level V1 which grants life-long status. Your membership tier updates daily.
2. Level Updates
Your VIP level updates daily based on eligible spending (excluding refunds) over the past 365 days. Only "completed" orders (confirmed 18 days after delivery) qualify.

VIP Privileges Rules
1. Level-Up Rewards
An exclusive Level-Up Reward will be added to your account within 24 hours after level changes.
2. Exclusive Coupon
All V2-V6 members qualify for monthly Exclusive Coupons. Your first Exclusive Coupon at each new level (valid for 180 days) is automatically issued; once used or expired, go to My VIP Level to claim a new one (valid for 30 days). Remember to use your coupon each time you purchase!
3. Birthday Gift
V2-V6 members: After saving your birthday in My Profile, you'll receive:
- • An annual birthday surprise coupon (sent 2 months before your birthday, valid for 3 months)
- • Double points on your first order within a 90-day window: starting 60 days before your birthday and extending 30 days after
4. Points = Cash
Points are your VIP superpower—redeem them into cash for amazing savings at checkout! Check our Point Program for more ways to earn and use points.
5. Exclusive Icon
All members receive tier-specific VIP icons and wallpapers, dynamically updated to reflect active membership status.

- • Your membership coupons will be sent via email and app notifications. They're account-bound and non-transferable. Don't forget to check your membership privileges and benefits in My Coupons!
- • Only one coupon can be applied per order, regardless of its type (membership, promotional, or credit coupon).
