Try-On At Home

A: Order up to 6 try-on dresses (including a maximum of 3 wedding dresses) at a time for US$10 - US$15 per dress. Keep the dresses for 1 week and then return them AT ONE TIME by the 7th day of delivery (we'll provide either a QR code for you to get your prepaid Happy Returns express code, or a prepaid return label with the dresses). Please note: Multiple returns are NOT ALLOWED. For more details about how the program works, please refer to At-Home Try-On Program.

A: Yes! If one or more of your try-on dresses work out, you may purchase them to keep by following the instructions on the Purchasing At-Home Try-On Dresses page. Keep in mind that once purchased, the dress(es) will be non-returnable.

A: Inside your package, you'll find either an instruction sheet for prepaid Happy Returns (available for certain US orders) or a prepaid return label for your return. You do not need to initiate a return, as it has already been approved. Just ensure you drop off the parcel within 7 days of your order arriving. A: You can request an additional 3 days for your try-on order (bringing your total up to 10 days) by following the instructions on the At-Home Try-On Return Extension page.

A: The try-on service fee helps cover processing and the careful handling by our warehouse team. While this fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future orders, it allows you to try on your favorite dresses in the comfort of your home before making your final decision.

A: If the style you want is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when/if it comes back by following the instructions on the At-Home Try-On Dress Availability page. If you would need help finding an alternative style to try in the meantime, let us know!

A: Processing times change depending on the year but generally it only takes 2 workdays for us to process the orders plus an additional week for shipping. You can see our current processing times on our try-on pages and you'll be given a delivery window at checkout.

A: Customers who fail to postmark their try-on dresses for return by the 7th day of delivery may be charged full retail price for each missing dress and be banned from the website, as agreed to at checkout.

A: Currently, we are only able to offer the At-Home Try-On Program to our customers in the United States (except for Hawaii and Alaska), the United Kingdom (except for Jersey), France, Germany, Australia, Canada, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Spain (Peninsula), Finland, Denmark, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
