We understand that you may need some additional time with your try-on order so we've created a process to allow you to request additional time through the website at your leisure.

This article will provide information on the topics listed in the catalog.

How to Request Extra Time

You get 7 days with your try-on dresses from the date they are delivered (as shown through your delivery tracking number). If you need some additional time, you can request an extension of an additional 3 days on top of the original week through the website by following these steps:

Step 1:

If you have a JJ's House account, log in and go to "My Orders". Find the order, which you want to request an extension. If you used guest checkout, you'll want to be sure you are logged out of any other JJ's House account you may have and input your order number and email address here.

Step 2:

This will bring you to your order summary page where you can click "EXTEND TRY-ON" at the very bottom of the screen:

Step 3:

A window will pop up, then click the "SUBMIT" button to save your extension request.

Once your request is submitted, your order will be internally marked with your extension time.

Checking Your Updated Return Date

Once your try-on order is delivered, you can click "View Details" on the "My Orders" page to access the order details and find the "Dispatch Deadline for Try-On Return". If you have extended the return for your order, the updated deadline will also be displayed for your convenience.

Additionally, by clicking "EXTEND TRY-ON", a pop-up window will display either the "Original Dispatch Deadline for Try-On Return" if you haven't extended the return for your order, or the "Updated Dispatch Deadline for Try-On Return" if you've extended it.

Important Notes

If you are worried that the extension did not go through, please follow the instructions under the "Checking Your Updated Return Date" section of this article. Our customer service won't be able to confirm this on their end.

You will also get a reminder email so that you won't forget to process the return of the try-on dresses you purchased.
