To make sure our customers find the perfect dress for any occasion, we offer an At-Home Try-On Program that allows you to check out the quality and fit of our dresses from the comfort of your home.

Through the program, you can order up to 4 try-on dresses at a time for US$ 10-US$ 15 per dress. You can keep the dresses for 1 week from the date of delivery (as shown on the tracking number) and then send those back to us. We'll provide either a QR code for you to get your prepaid Happy Returns express code (available for certain US orders), or a prepaid return label with the dresses.
Note: Please return all dresses you do not want to keep within 1 week of receiving your order. Failure to do so will result in you being charged full price. Multiple returns are NOT ALLOWED!
Try-on orders generally take 2 workdays to process (this time can increase depending on the time of year so be sure to check the item pages) plus an additional week for delivery. At checkout, you'll be given an estimated delivery window based on your location. We cannot offer expedited shipping for try-on orders.
Currently, we are only able to offer the At-Home Try-On Program to our customers in the United States (except for Hawaii and Alaska), the United Kingdom (except for Jersey), France, Germany, Australia, Canada, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Spain (Peninsula), Finland, Denmark, Poland, and the Czech Republic. If you need help deciding on a style or size, please reach out to our customer service team. You can also sign up to be notified when/if we start offering At-Home Try-On Program for other countries.
Try-on dresses cannot be taken out of the country of origin. If the try-on dresses were ordered to the United Kingdom, they should stay in the United Kingdom. If the dresses are taken out of the country of origin, you will still be responsible for making sure they are postmarked for return by the 7th day of delivery.
Try-on dresses currently take 2 workdays to process and an additional week for delivery. So we generally recommend that you order try-on dresses 2-3 weeks in advance of the date you'd like to try to make sure they arrive in time.
If the order arrives early and you need a little extra time, you can request some extra time by following the instructions here.

Yes, we only allow a total of 4 try-on dresses per order. If more is needed, you'll need to return the first set before you can try the next 4.
If you would like to keep an At-Home Try-On dress, you can purchase it within your return window by following the instructions here.
However, if you do not purchase the At-Home Try-On dress you ordered and it is not dropped off for return by the 7th day of delivery, we will have to charge you the full retail price for each missing dress.
We would hate to do so. So if you don't want to keep the dresses but just need some additional time with them before you send them back, you can sign up to be notified here.
Your parcel with try-on dresses will include either a QR code for you to get your prepaid Happy Returns express code (available for certain US orders), or a pre-paid return label for your return. You do not need to initiate a return, as it has already been approved. Simply pack up the try-on dresses and drop them off within 7 days of your order arriving.
- If your parcel includes an instruction sheet for prepaid Happy Returns:
- ① Scan the QR code on it to get your Happy Returns express QR code.
- ② Scan this Happy Returns express QR code to locate nearby return bars, where you can drop off all unwanted Try-On dresses at no extra cost—no box or labels required!
- Note: If no Happy Returns location is convenient, contact customer service for a return label instead.
- If your parcel includes a return label:
- Please attach it to the package. Then, take the package to the designated courier specified on the label and hand it over at no additional cost.
If you've lost your Happy Returns express code or return label: Simply go to "My Orders" and click on the "Returns" section.
- For customers using Happy Returns (available for certain US orders)
- Click "VIEW EXPRESS CODE" to get your prepaid Happy Returns express code. Use this code at any Happy Returns location to process your return.
- For customers using JJ's House Delivery Service
- Click "DOWNLOAD LABEL" to download the necessary files.
Note: You can also access your order details page and click "View return details" to download the return files.
Please keep the following in mind about returning try-on orders:
If you do not want to keep any of your try-on dresses, all dresses must be returned together as a set within 7 days of delivery. You cannot hold onto one of the dresses and send the rest back, and then order more dresses to try and to compare. Failure to do so will result in you being charged full price.
Please return all the dresses you do not want to keep within 7 days of receiving your order using the pre-paid Happy Returns express code (available for certain US orders) or the pre-paid return label included in your parcel. Multiple returns are NOT ALLOWED!
We do not recommend using a different Happy Returns express code or return label other than the one provided by us. If you choose to use another carrier for the return, we won't be responsible for any damage or loss of the package, and you could be charged for not returning the dresses.
The price you pay for the try-on service does not go towards the cost of your final order and is not refunded upon the return of the try-on dresses. It covers processing and the careful handling by our warehouse team. While non-refundable, it allows you to try on your favorite dresses in the comfort of your home before making your final decision.
Try-on dresses must be returned in the original condition that they were received, with the tags still attached. Try-on dresses are not to be worn, except for try-on purposes so if they come back damaged, you may be charged a fee to fix the damage or replace the dress entirely if the damage cannot be fixed (such as in cases where they come back dirty, stained, coated in animal hair, or have a strong odor). If the damage is severe, you will be charged the full retail price of the dress and permanently banned from the website.
