For a dress in a standard size (except for Final Sale items), yes, we will accept the return and issue you the full refund of the dress value if it doesn’t fit you well or you simply do not like it. Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving your dress and obtain a ""Product Return"" form. The form must be included with your package when you return it. For your return, please make sure the dress is in its original condition and include an explanation and photographs stating the reason.
And for a dress in custom size, if it arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error (Unavoidable color difference is excluded), you can get a full refund. While, if the dress is not faulty, we are afraid that the return will not be possible.
