1. Fitting Appointments – Appointments are now open at our Central London flagship store. Book your bridal or occasion dress fitting today and be among the first to experience JJ's House in person!
2. For bridal and bridesmaid dresses, please make an appointment to secure your place for fitting. We are not able to accommodate you if you don't book for appointments for the wedding and bridesmaid dresses. If you have any questions regarding your visit, please contact our store [email protected]. *Appointment booking now is open, please book your appointment below.
3. Walk-ins are welcome, however, you may not be able to try on any dresses if the store is busy with appointments.

Walk-in Service Policy
We love meeting new faces and do offer walk-in entry whenever possible. However, to ensure every guest has a wonderful experience, please keep the following in mind:
Availability: Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed. If the store is at full capacity or we are short-staffed, we may unfortunately have to pause walk-in entries for the day.
Flexible Hours: Our walk-in service hours may adjust based on the daily flow of the shop.
Stay Updated: We update our walk-in status and hours regularly on Google Maps.

Q: Do you offer in-store measurement services for custom sizing?
A: We do not currently provide on-site measurement services. However, we provide a detailed Sizing Guide on our website to help you find your perfect fit from home.
Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: Book your fitting here. Our booking calendar opens two months in advance.
Q: Is there a fee to book my appointment?
A: The appointment itself is free, but a £20 deposit is required to secure your time slot. The deposit will be fully credited toward any purchase you make in-store.
Q: Is there a limit on group size for appointments?
A: Yes. We want your experience to be comfortable and fun! Please follow these guidelines:
1. Recommended Group Size: Up to 5 people.
2. Trying on Dresses: Maximum of 4 people per 50-minute appointment.
3. Large Groups: If more than 5 people need to try on dresses, please book two back-to-back slots.

Q: Do you have multiple fitting rooms?
A: We have one fitting room inside each private appointment suite. There are an additional three fitting rooms located in the main area for walk-in customers.
Q: What's the size and availability of in-store stock?
A: Dresses are generally available from UK Size 6 to UK Size 28. Please note that store availability of specific sizes and colours varies by dress, and not every style is stocked in the full size range.
Q: Do you have mens suits in the JJ’s House London Flagship Store?
A: No, we currently do not stock men's suits or accessories in the London Flagship store.
Q: How can I check if a specific dress is in-store?
A: You can check which styles are available here. You can also view store availability during Step 2 of the online appointment booking process.
Q: Can I book an appointment to try junior bridesmaid or flower girl dresses at your London store?
A: Our London store holds a limited selection of samples for junior bridesmaids and flower girls, which are available for browsing and inspiration only. Please be aware that we do not offer dedicated appointments for these collections.
