1. Return Shipping Charges:
You can choose to return the package by yourself at your cost. The price may vary depending on your country and the shipping company you choose. Additionally, you are responsible for confirming the return delivery status.
For customers from specific countries, we offer return labels for a more convenient return experience. While we do charge a return shipping fee, utilizing our return label typically results in lower costs compared to other shipping companies. With our return label, you won't need to worry about arranging return delivery.
2. Return Label Service:
For customers from countries with return label service, we provide return labels that you can directly attach to the front of your package. The return shipping fees will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. Please refer to our website for a list of countries eligible for return label service and their respective return shipping fee standards.
3. Without Return Label Service:
If you're from a country without return label service, you can still return the items by taking your package to the local post location and sending it back to us. In this case, the return shipping fee will be paid by you directly to the post location.
Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Many of our items are made-to-order, so we don't keep these items in stock. If an item doesn't work out and another one is needed, a return will need to be processed for all unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy) and a new order must be placed for new items.
